Baseball (1980-83). Arp was a two-time NAIA All-American and All-Area selection, and a four time NAIA All-District honoree. He was the first GCSU baseball player to be drafted by a major league team. He holds the school single season record for home runs and career batting average, and he ranks in the top four for career home runs, run scored, hits, doubles, RBI and slugging percentage.
