MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Georgia College basketball and Phi Mu are partnering up to host Children’s Miracle Network Day in support of their annual Dance Marathon fundraiser Saturday, Jan. 28 at 1:30 p.m.
Phi Mu will have a table set up in the foyer of the Centennial Center with information about the Dance Marathon Fundraiser and the Children’s Miracle Network. They will also be working concessions where a percentage will be given to the cause as well as running a 50/50 raffle during the women’s game and half of the men’s game. A miracle child and their parents will pull the winning ticket at halftime of the men’s basketball game.
Zaxby’s Kids Zone will also be happening Saturday and will include a bouncy house as well as a kids sized hoop. The Creekside Flippers youth gymnastics squad will perform at halftime of the women’s game.
The men and women play a doubleheader against Lander University Saturday afternoon set for a 1:30 p.m. tip-off.
