MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College Athletic Department is teaming up with Zaxby’s to host the third-straight year of the “The Prowl” Radio show, a once-a-month look inside GC Athletics. As part of the monthly “Meet the Bobcats Night” in the restaurant, the show will air on ESPN 1450AM and broadcast live Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. from Zaxby’s on North Columbia Street.
GC Athletics Hall of Fame broadcaster Scott MacLeod as well as other special guests will join Director of Athletics Wendell Staton each month.
With the spotlight on the Bobcat cross country teams this month, student-athletes will be in attendance for “Meet the Bobcats Night”, signing posters and interacting with local youth.
All Zaxby’s kids’ meals will be free with paid adult meal for the length of the one-hour show, and 10 percent of all purchases from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. will be donated to the Bobcat cross country program.
