MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Annual Sodexo Bobcat Classic Golf Tournament, one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for Georgia College athletics, is right around the corner, Monday, Sept. 14 at Harbor Club on Lake Oconee in Greensboro.
As always, there will be tee times offered for the morning and afternoon. While the chance to hit the links at Harbor Club is often incentive enough to sign up for the annual tournament, the door prizes at the Bobcat Classic are often second to none.
“It’s a great day of fun and fellowship on one of the finest golf courses anywhere,” said Athletic Director Wendell Staton. “Proceeds directly benefit our student athletes. We look forward to another outstanding tournament this year as we have had great prior success due to loyal support and volunteers.”
The cost is $700 for a foursome, with shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
For more information or to register as an individual or foursome, contact the Assistant Athletic Director Steve Barsby at (478) 445-1778.
