Georgia College’s Harrell Featured in Baseball The Magazine

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Senior outfielder Sean Harrell (Martinez, Ga.) of the Georgia College & State University baseball team was featured in the most recent Baseball The Magazine issue #2 for 2010. Harrell was listed as one of the top senior ballplayers in all of NCAA Division II.

The 2010 Bobcats had a dream season, finishing 42-17, winning the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Championship, the NCAA Southeast Region Championship, and advancing to the Division II World Series. Head coach Tom Carty was named both the PBC and NCBWA Region Coach of the Year. Outfielders Harrell and Shawn Ward (Martinez, Ga.) joined starting pitcher Martin Dewald (Mannhiem, Germany) as All-Americans.
