Bobcat Baseball Players Featured in Hometown Newspaper

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Bobcat Baseball players Mike Guinane (Glenview, Ill.) and Walker McKinven (Lake Bluff, Ill.) were featured in their hometown newspaper Monday. Guinane and McKinven were considered baseball foes before they ended up at Georgia College.

The pitchers went to different schools in the area, but went to the same trainer offseason. Now, the two players have been reconnected and are helping lead the Bobcats to another successful season.

GC Baseball’s next game is Wednesday, April 6 beginning at 6 p.m. They Bobcats face Newberry College at home.
