MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – With the threat of oncoming rain Friday, the Georgia College baseball team and head coach Tom Carty have adjusted the three-game series with North Georgia. Originally slated for Friday-Saturday, action now gets underway at John Kurtz Field with a single game Saturday, March 31 at 3 p.m., adding an April Fool’s Day doubleheader at noon.
The Bobcats swept the Saints a season ago, and GC is looking to increase their lead on the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) West Division. Georgia College is 18-12 overall with a 9-5 conference mark. The Saints are fourth in the PBC West at 5-10, owning a 15-14 record on the season.
