MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College baseball team (27-15, 14-10 PBC) and head coach Tom Carty have announced a schedule change for this weekend's series with the University of Montevallo (29-16, 15-12 PBC). Originally scheduled for a Saturday-Sunday set, the Bobcats have moved it up a day, starting with doubleheader action Friday, April 26 at 2 p.m. and finishing with a single game Saturday at 1 p.m.
The Bobcats are 8-1 all-time against Montevallo, including taking two of the three games in Alabama last year. Both teams continue to jockey for positioning in the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Tournament seedings, set to begin May 8.
