MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – With poor weather conditions last weekend, the Georgia College Baseball program and head coach Jason Eller have adjusted the dates for the Bobcat Baseball Prospect Camps, now set for Oct. 15 and Nov. 5.
Designed for individuals from ninth to 12th grade who seek evaluation of their game, the camps also provide advice for how to play baseball at the collegiate level.
Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. at John Kurtz Field, located at 132 West Campus Drive (GC West Campus). Participants are to report to camp 30 minutes before their designated time-slot and to bring a lunch. Each session will be limited to the first 40 registered players.
Instruction will cover hitting, outfield play, infield play, catching and pitching. At the end of each session, coach Eller and his staff will hold an informational Q&A on NCAA rules and regulations, including information on the recruiting process.
