Georgia College Dance Team to Hold Tryouts Thursday

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College & State University dance team, the Sassy Cats, is set to hold tryouts this coming Thursday, April 22 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Centennial Center.

Fresh off a program-best ninth-place finish at Universal Dance Association nationals in January, the Sassy Cats will look to keep up the high-level by adding some dancers this week.

Those interested in trying out can find more information on the athletics web site at http://gcsubobcats.com/sports/cheerleading/2008-09/news/tryouts .

Tryout participants will need a valid GCID number, and must wear clothes they can move in and comfortable shoes. Those trying out will learn and perform sections of this year’s game day dances.
