Bobcat Golf Rises to #9 in National Poll

NORMAN, Okla. – In the Golf World/Nike Golf Coaches’ Poll for Men’s Division II released Feb. 23, Georgia College golf was ranked No. 9, a six-spot rise from the previous poll at No. 15.
The top three spots in the poll are Chico State University, Western Washington University and Lynn University, respectively. Other Peach Belt teams in the top-25 include Columbus State University at No. 13 and USC Aiken at No. 25.
Tuesday, the Bobcats finished second of 14 by just three strokes in the Argonaut Invitational hosted by West Florida. Next up for the Bobcats is the Southeastern Intercollegiate hosted by Valdosta State University March 14 and 15.
