MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College men's golf team is ranked in the top-15 in the latest GolfStat Men's NCAA Head-to-Head and Golf World/Nike Golf Division II College Coaches'rankings. In the latest Golfstat Men's NCAA Head-to-Head Rankings the Bobcats are No. 14, while they are listed No. 15 in the Nike Golf Coaches' Poll.
The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) has five teams ranked in the top-25 of the Golf World Poll, led by No. 3 USC-Aiken, followed by No. 10 Columbus State University, No. 13 Armstrong, No. 15 Georgia College, and No. 22 Georgia Southwestern State University. Taking top honors in the Nike Golf Coaches' Poll is Nova Southeastern University with Barry University holding on to the No. 2 spot.
The GolfStat Men's NCAA Head-to-Head Rankings has the Bobcats maintaining the No. 14 slot, trailing three other PBC rivals: No. 3 USC-Aiken, No. 10 Columbus State and No.13 Armstrong. Taking the top two spots in the GolfStat rankings are Nova Southeastern at No. 1 and Barry No. 2.
The Bobcats will be competing for the PBC Championship in their next tournament, which begins Saturday, April 20 at Callaway Gardens – Mountain View course in Pine Mountain, Ga.
