Albright With Alternate Status, Solid Finishes

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Incoming freshman Georgia College golfer Conner Albright (Macon, Ga.) recently landed a second alternate spot at a Georgia Amateur Qualifier.

Albright carded a four-over 75 at the Amateur Championship West at the Green Island Country Club Tuesday, June 11. He finished the single-round tourney in third, taking second alternate status for the Georgia Amateur.

He now awaits the announcement of the tournament field.

Albright also posted a two-round 151 at the SJGT Junior Peach Blossom at Idle Hour Country Club. His rounds of 76 and 75 put him 16th in the male 16-19 year-old division.
