MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Sponsored by the Thunder Crew student spirit group and Bobcat Athletics, Georgia College will have a free fan bus available for Friday’s opening round game of the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Men’s Basketball Tournament in Columbus, Ga.
The bus will depart from the Centennial Center bus stop at 11:30 a.m. Friday for the Bobcats’ 3 p.m. showdown with Augusta State University. The bus will be open to the first 36 students to pay a $5 deposit between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Den in the Campus Life department, attached to Magnolia Ballroom. The deposit will be returned Friday as travelers get on the bus. Deposit can be paid in cash or on your Bobcat Card.
The trip will be free, and students from any PBC school will be admitted to the game for free with a valid student ID.
Be sure to get your seats fast, as at noon on Thursday, any open seats on the bus will become available to faculty, staff and the Milledgeville community. Don’t miss your chance to root on the Bobcats at the Peach Belt Tournament!
