MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Senior forward Scott Ferguson (Roswell, Ga.) of the Georgia College men’s basketball team (3-1) was named Bobcat Athlete of the Week for the week ending Dec. 2.
Ferguson narrowly missed a double-double with 11 points and eight rebounds in the team's lone game this week, a win over Clark Atlanta University. Ferguson picked up his fourth foul with 5:21 left in a seven-point game and his disciplined play helped lead the Bobcats to victory the rest of the way.
The Bobcats are back in action Saturday, Dec. 8 at 4 p.m., traveling to Anderson University.
