MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Junior forward Isaac Thomas (Trion) of the Georgia College Men's Basketball team (7-3, 3-1 PBC) has been named Bobcat Athlete of the Week for the week ending Dec. 31. This marks the first such honor for both Thomas and Bobcat Men's Basketball this season.
Thomas dominated play in the 65-55 win over Flagler College Saturday, posting 19 points with 21 rebounds. The 21 boards are the seventh-most in a single game in school history, and the most since Jan. 4, 2007. The junior forward added five assists and a pair of steals to fill the boxscore.
The Bobcats are back in action Wednesday, Jan. 3 at 7:30 p.m., traveling to Georgia Southwestern State University.
