AUGUSTA, Ga. – It’s been a solid week for Georgia College Men’s Basketball and an even better one for the Bobcats’ senior forward Isaac Thomas (Trion), who was recognized as the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Player of the Week for week two.
Shorter University has likely seen enough of Thomas, who went 18-for-25 in back-to-back victories over the Hawks in the past week, scoring 20 points in the first game at Centennial Center, followed by 22 points in game two on the road. Thomas also added six steals and four assists over the past week while moving up to second in the PBC in field goal percentage and fourth in field goals made.
Thomas and the Bobcats return to action Tuesday, Nov. 20 at Albany State University.
