SAVANNAH, Ga. – The No. 14 Georgia College men's tennis squad (2-3) fell to No. 2 Barry University (9-1) by a score of 6-3 Friday afternoon at the Armstrong Tennis Facility, despite a multitude of strong performances.

The Bobcats got off to a hot start as the No. 1 tandem of Jerome Leborgne (Coordimanche, France) and Johan Wadstein (Helsingborg, Sweden) picked up an 8-6 victory over Daniel Schmidt and Francisco Sigaud.

Unfortunately, GC wasn't able to capitalize dropping their other pair of doubles matches.

Meanwhile, Bernardes won in a thrilling tiebreaker 4-6, 6-2, 10-9 over Kevin Sielmann at the No. 3 position.
