Both teams will kick-off the year at home, taking on Anderson (S.C) University Saturday, Feb. 4 beginning at noon.

The No. 16 Georgia College women and No. 15 Georgia College men will begin Peach Belt Conference (PBC) play just a week later, traveling to Augusta, Ga. to take on the No. 13 Augusta State University men and the Jaguar women’s squads.

A pair of matches for the women leads into a highly anticipated showdown with the 2011 men’s and women’s PBC Champions. The Bobcats play host to the No. 3 Armstrong women and men Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m.

Both GC squads bounce through conference play in March before heading to Pensacola, Fla., Tuesday, March 27 through Saturday, March 31 to compete in the Festival on the Green Tennis Championships.

While in the Sunshine State, both squads will have their hands full with a lineup that includes an abundance of nationally ranked opponents. At the tournament, the women will take on No. 2 BYU-Hawaii along with No. 8 University of West Florida.

The men will have a crack at defending NCAA Division II Champion and No. 1 Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Ga. the following week.

The PBC Championships will take place in Greenwood, S.C. on the campus of Lander University Friday, April 20 through Sunday, April 22.

Following the PBC Championships, the NCAA First and Second Round Regionals will take place at host locations Sunday, April 29 and Tuesday, May 1.

The Bobcat men are coming off a 2011 season that saw them go 14-9 overall and 4-5 in PBC play, en route to an NCAA Tournament berth.

The Georgia College women continued their remarkable streak, making the NCAA Tournament for the 17th consecutive season.
