GC Men’s Cross Country Slotted Seventh in PBC Preseason Poll
AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced the men's cross country preseason poll Monday, with Georgia College taking the seventh slot.
The Bobcats picked up three fourth place votes and a fifth place vote among their 40 points, finishing just one point behind No. 6-ranked Young Harris College and seven behind No. 5-ranked UNC Pembroke.
Defending PBC Champion Columbus State University was given top honors, with Georgia Regents University Augusta taking the second slot.
The Bobcats get their season started at the Remembrance Run, hosted by Georgia Southwestern State University, the site for the 2013 PBC Championship.
