MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - The Georgia College & State University women's basketball team (16-6, 9-3 PBC) took the sixth spot for the third-straight week in the NCAA Southeast Region Poll released Feb. 10. Last week the Bobcats went 1-1, defeating North Georgia 59-56 before falling to Clayton State University 70-35.

Georgia College is one of four Peach Belt Conference (PBC) teams listed in this week's region poll. Lander University continues to sit atop the region, while Clayton State and Francis Marion University remain in the No. 3 and No. 4 slots, respectively. The Bobcats round out the conference's appearance in the poll in the sixth position.

The Bobcats are back in action tomorrow (Feb. 13) as they host PBC foe USC Aiken at 1:30 p.m. in the Centennial Center. Georgia College beat the Pacers 72-59 in a non-conference contest earlier this season.
