GC Women’s Basketball Receiving Votes in National Poll

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College women's basketball team (12-3, 4-3 PBC) is back receiving votes in the USA TODAY ESPN Division II Top-25 Coaches' Poll after being knocked out last week for the first time since Nov. 23.
The Bobcats finished 3-0 this week and brought their record over .500 for the first time this season in Peach Belt Conference (PBC) play. The Bobcats received one vote in the poll and PBC foe Francis Marion University received three.
PBC opponent Lander University takes the No. 1 spot for the second straight week, while Clayton State University moved up one slot to No. 2. USC Aiken is also in the top-25 dropping one spot to No. 18.
The Bobcats travel to Francis Marion University for a 5:30 p.m. start Friday, Jan. 25.
