MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Bobcat women’s soccer program and head coach Hope Clark met at Zaxby’s on North Columbia Street Tuesday, Sept.6 to provide the local youth with an opportunity to meet and greet the players.

“It was a great experience,” said Clark, “It was fun for the team and the coaches to interact with the local youth community.”

It was a fun night of giveaways, autographs and surprises, as “Thunder” the Bobcat mascot made an appearance. Kids received a complimentary meal with the purchase of an adult dinner while learning more about the Zaxby’s kids club.

The dinner helped kick-off the GC soccer home season, which began Friday, Sept. 9 against Wingate University at Bobcat Field.

Be sure to catch the next Bobcat home match Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. against conference foe against the University of Montevallo.
