GC Women’s Tennis Ranked 19th in Nation

SKILLMAN, N.J. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) 2012-13 Women’s Division II Preseason Rankings were released Nov. 16 and Georgia College was ranked No. 19 in the nation. The Bobcats start the 2012-13 season in the same spot that they finished during the 2011-12 campaign.

The fall season was highlighted by impressive play from freshman Katie Krupp (Evans, Ga.) at the ITA Regionals as well as Krupp and senior Kayla Barksdale (Augusta, Ga.) taking second place in doubles at the Georgia College Fall Championships.

The spring season will start in February, with the schedule still to be announced.
