PENSACOLA, Fla. – After postponing matches both Sunday and today, the No. 27 Georgia College women's tennis match with No. 42 University of Central Oklahoma has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 9 a.m.
The match, originally scheduled for Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and then moved to today at 9 a.m. will now be moved a third time to tomorrow morning at 9 a.m., after which the women's tennis team hopes to take on No. 3 University of West Florida at 1 p.m. with both matches in Pensacola, Fla.
The Bobcats own a 7-3 overall mark, including wins in their last three. Of the team's seven victories, five have come by shutout. The UCO Bronchos are also 7-3, but had a three-match win streak snapped in a loss to Northeastern State University 6-3 Tuesday. The Bronchos are members of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA).
