Bobcat Athletics Puts School-Record 130 on PBC Presidential Honor Roll
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced its Presidential Honor Roll recipients, with 130 Georgia College student-athletes making the list, a school record. The program honors all student-athletes with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2013-14 academic year.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Georgia College women’s cross country team saw their season come to a close in Charlotte, N.C. Saturday, Nov. 9. The Bobcats finished 10th in the field of 31 teams at the NCAA Southeast Regional, hosted by Queens University.

GC Cross Country Gears Up for NCAA Regionals
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College cross country team will travel to Charlotte, N.C. Saturday, Nov. 9 to compete in the NCAA Southeast Regionals. The women will run their third 6K race of the season, while the men will face their first 10K race.

GC Athletics “The Prowl” Radio Show to Air Live Tuesday at Zaxby’s
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College Athletic Department is teaming up with Zaxby’s to host the third-straight year of the “The Prowl” Radio show, a once-a-month look inside GC Athletics. As part of the monthly “Meet the Bobcats Night” in the restaurant, the show will air on ESPN 1450AM and broadcast live Tuesday, Nov. 5 at 5 p.m. from Zaxby’s on North Columbia Street.

Pasko Named Bobcat Athlete of the Week
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Sophomore Rachel Pasko (Jefferson, Ga.) of the Georgia College cross country team, was named Bobcat Athlete of the Week for her efforts during the week ending Oct. 27. This marks the first such honor for Pasko and the Bobcat women’s cross country team this season.

CLEVELAND – The Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) announced the 2012-13 recipients of the D2ADA Academic Achievement Awards Wednesday, with 12 Georgia College student-athletes making the list. The Academic Achievement Awards is a program that recognizes the academic accomplishments of student-athletes at the Division 2 level.
