EVANSVILLE, Ind. – When senior Katherine Yost (Norcross, Georgia) toes the line Saturday at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships, it will mark the final race in the most decorated career in Georgia College Cross Country history.
The first Bobcat runner in program history to qualify for Nationals last season, she repeats the feat this year, and is set to take on the nation's best at Saturday's race at Angel Mounds, hosted by the University of Southern Indiana.
Yost joined other runners on the men's and women's side to volunteer at the local YMCA in Evansville Friday, doing running drills, stretches and sprints.
