MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College Cross Country program and head coach Steven Cary have released the 2018 schedule, highlighted by the annual Bobcat Invitational.
The Bobcats will run in six meets, beginning with the Border Clash XC Meet in Valdosta Friday, Aug. 31. Sept. 15 brings the Jaguar Invitational in Augusta.
Saturday, Sept. 29, the Bobcats will make their lone out-of-state trip, heading to the University of Louisville for the Louisville Classic. Next comes the Bobcat Invitational, hosted at the Council Farm Course Saturday, Sept. 20 to close out the regular season.
The Peach Belt Conference Championship is set for Nov. 3 in Augusta, while the NCAA Regional is a Nov. 17 date in Dahlonega at the University of North Georgia.
The Bobcats will look to build upon strong seasons in 2017, with both the women’s and men’s squads taking third in the PBC.
