GC Women’s Cross Country Positioned #8 in Southeast

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released the latest round of Division II Regional Rankings Tuesday, with the Georgia College Women coming in No. 8 in the Southeast Region.

The Bobcats have appeared in every poll this season.

Georgia College is fourth among the five Peach Belt Conference (PBC) schools in the list, led by No. 3 Flagler College. The University of North Georgia is fifth, with Columbus State University sixth and Augusta University coming in at No. 10. Queens University from the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) owns the top slot once again.

The Bobcats are back in action Saturday, Nov. 17 at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Dahlonega, Georgia.
