Bryce Bishop begins his first year as an assistant athletic trainer at Georgia College & State University.
Bishop is originally from Snellville, Georgia, and holds both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Georgia College & State University. Bishop earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science and his master's degree in athletic training.
Before joining GCSU, Bishop worked as an athletic trainer at Emmanuel (Ga.) University in Franklin Springs, Georgia, where he supported student-athletes across a variety of sports.
Bishops passion for athletic training stems from his own experiences growing up in sports. After facing multiple injuries throughout his adolescence that kept him from competing, he developed a strong desire to help others stay in the game. That drive led him to pursue a career where he could make a difference in the lives of athletes—helping them recover, perform, and continue doing what they love.
