MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College women's volleyball team (3-12, 1-7 PBC) fought hard but in the end fell short of a victory at UNC Pembroke (7-9, 1-4 PBC) Friday night, losing in five sets.

The Bobcats came out swinging; taking the first set 25-20 and the third set 27-25.  After winning the first set the match then went back and forth as UNC Pembroke took the second set 25-21, the fourth 25-18 and final fifth set 16-14 to win the match.

Georgia College's Rachel Reynolds (Marietta, Ga.) led the team with 20 kills and hit .259. Miller Howard (Suwanee, Ga.) contributed 13 kills, and Ashley Savransky (Roswell, Ga.) added 10 setting her season high.
