AIKEN, S.C.- The Georgia College Volleyball Team (8-19, 3-5 PBC) had a tough battle at high-ranking Peach Belt opponent USC Aiken (16-6, 5-2 PBC) Friday night, 3-1. 

The first two sets went to USC Aiken at 25-17. The Bobcats had six kills in set number one and 11 kills in set two. From set one to set two GC improved on their .111 hitting percentage to .194. 

The Bobcats took set three 25-20 with a match high of 14 kills and a .314 hitting percentage. 

The fourth and final set went to the Pacers 25-14. The Bobcats recorded a match low of nine kills. 

For GC Ally Hall (Cumming, Georgia) led the offense with 16 kills. Hall recorded yet another double double to her resume as she also had 13 digs. 

Lauren Talele (Woodstock, Georgia) coming off an injury had herself an impressive night recording a double double. Talele had 29 assists along with 12 digs; she also added two kills to her box score. 

Libero Bella DeSalvo (Hamilton, Ohio) had a team high of 19 digs and tied hall for the most service aces with two. DeSalvo also added three assists on the night. 

The Bobcats are back in action Tuesday Nov. 2 at Albany State University with the first set scheduled for 6 p.m.
