"Tonight's win was a great team victory," said head coach Gretchen Krumdieck. "I thought our serve receive was solid and we were able to turn it into good offense. Our defense and block had a great night as well."
Freshman Mary Kate Kotzin (Dunwoody) paced the balanced attack with eight kills, flanked by seven each from sophomore Ally Hall (Cumming) and junior Sarah Mangan (Farmingville, New York). Eight different players tallied kills for the Bobcats.
The team tallied eight total blocks, led by six from Mangan. Freshman Bella DeSalvo (Hamilton, Ohio) tallied a career-best 25 digs, one shy of the school record for a three-set match. Junior Lauren Talele (Woodstock) posted a 24-assist, 10-dig double-double.
