TAMPA, Fla. | Izaiyah Nelson led the University of South Florida men's basketball team with 25 points and 12 rebounds as the Bulls downed Georgia College & State University 111-50 Monday (Dec. 29) afternoon at the Yuengling Center.
The NCAA Division I Bulls improved to 8-5, while the Bobcats remained at 8-3 as it was an exhibition game for GCSU. The Bobcats return to action Wednesday (Dec. 31) as they close out 2025 with a 3:30 p.m. contest against Young Harris College inside the Centennial Center.
The Bobcats used 14 different players in the game.
James Nichols III and
Luke Krawczyk led GCSU with 11 points each, while
Khalil Green contributed nine and
Julian Walker added eight.
Tony Carpio pulled down six rebounds, while Nichols posted five more. Krawczyk accounted for three of the eight three-pointers GCSU had.
