AUGUSTA, Ga. | Kaisa Fagerström and Savannah Sause headline the Georgia College & State University selections to the All-Peach Belt Conference Women's Soccer Team.

Fagerstrom was named to the first team, while Sause was selected to the second team.

It was the second All-Peach Belt recognition for both players. Fagerstrom was named to the first team as well as being the league's Freshman of the Year in 2025, while Sause was a second-team honoree in 2024.

Fagerstrom, a sophomore defender from Espoo, Finland, and Sause, a junior defense from Loganville, Georgia, helped form a stout backline for the Bobcats, which recorded six shutouts in 2026.

Fagerstrom started every match for the Bobcats this season, scoring twice this season in 1,402 minutes played, the most by any Bobcat this season.

Sause started 14 of the 16 matches played as she scored her first collegiate goal and added an assist in her 1,097 minutes played.

GCSU (7-5-4 overall, 5-3-1 PBC), earned the No. 4 seed and will host No. 5 seed Clayton State University (7-5-4, 4-3-2) Saturday (Oct. 31) at 2 p.m. at the Bobcat Soccer Field. It is the third consecutive season that the Bobcats are the No. 4 seed. The Bobcats lead the all-time series with the Lakers 14-8-4. GCSU scored twice in final 100 seconds as the Bobcats defeated Clayton State 3-2 in Morrow, Georgia, in September.
