The Georgia College & State University Baseball team and head coach Nolan Belcher have added a familiar face to the coaching ranks, as recent grad KC Brown (2022) returns as a graduate assistant coach starting in the 2023 season.

Brown spent three seasons in a Bobcat uniform. He played multiple positions over his career, earning All-Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Second Team at shortstop just a season ago. Last year, he hit .341 with 12 home runs and 47 RBIs, scoring 30 runs as well.

“Coach Brown’s primary responsibility will be to assist with the offense, but he will also help with recruitment, strength and conditioning, base-running and infield play,” said Belcher. “Coach Brown has been a great addition to our coaching staff, and we look forward to watching him progress in his coaching career.”
