MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The No. 10 Georgia College Men's Tennis team (6-4, 3-2 PBC) picked up a Peach Belt Conference (PBC) victory in a ranked battle Saturday, topping No. 41 Young Harris College (6-5, 1-4 PBC) 6-3 at the Centennial Center Tennis Facility.

The Bobcats battled back from a 2-1 hole after doubles action.

First doubles play brought the team's lone victory, as senior Yannick Hass (Troisdorf, Germany) and Christian Graff (Lohmar, Germany) took down Alex Pavel and Raul Quevedo, 8-5. Hass and Graf stay perfect at 3-0 on the season.

Second doubles was an 8-5 loss for sophomores Jannik Kumbier (Neumunster, Germany) and Pedro Ecenarro (Santiago de Compostela, Spain) to Hamed Gandouz and Jan-Niklas Graetz. In the third slot, senior Taylor Powell (Martinez) and junior Kyle Kinsler (Suwanee) fell to Daniel Tiboldi and Alejandro Ridruejo 8-4.

The Bobcats blitzed singles play 5-1 to overtake the Mountain Lions.

The first win came in the first slot, as No. 14 Hass made short work of Vangrinsven with a pair of 6-1 sets to even things out 2-2. Hass' victory moves the All-American to 7-3 on the season.
