Teddy Bear Toss presented by Exchange Bank

Second annual Teddy Bear Toss Game presented by Exchange Bank happens Wednesday

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | The Georgia College & State University Department of Athletics has announced the second annual Teddy Bear Toss game presented by Exchange Bank will be this Wednesday (Jan. 21) when the Bobcats host Lander University in a Peach Belt Conference basketball doubleheader inside the Centennial Center.

The Teddy Bear Toss is sponsored by the GCSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Fans who bring a teddy bear to the doubleheader will be admitted free. Everyone will then throw their teddy bears on to the court after GCSU scores its first basket during the 7:30 p.m. women's game. All teddy bears will then be collected and later distributed to the Milledgeville Police Department, the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office and the Baldwin County Fire Rescue.
