Noah Boyd has been named the Zaxbys Player of the Week ending Oct. 13.
The junior men's cross country runner from Winder, Georgia, led the Bobcats to a second-place finish in the blue race at the Royals Cross Country Challenge Friday (Oct. 11). Boyd finished ninth for the Bobcats with a personal-best time of 26:36.6 on the McAlpine Creek Park 8K course.Â
The Bobcats return to action Oct. 26 when they travel to Oakwood, Georgia, to take part in the Peach Belt Conference Championship that will be held on the UNG Cross Country Course at 9 a.m.
