No. 22 GCSU downs Lincoln Memorial 6-1

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | The No. 22-ranked Georgia College & State University women's tennis team recorded a 6-1 non-conference decision over Lincoln Memorial University Sunday (Feb. 25) afternoon at the Centennial Center Tennis Courts.

The Bobcats improved to 6-4 and will travel to Macon, Georgia, for a 3 p.m. match against NCAA Division 1's Mercer University Wednesday (Feb. 28).

GCSU swept the three doubles matches to take the 1-0 lead. The Bobcats took the first four flights in singles to clinch the match as Jada Young, Chiara Santoro, Ashley Bentz and Ashton Morrison each won in straight sets. Shradha Chhabra also swept her singles match.
