MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College & State University fell 67-60 to Middle Georgia State University in a women's basketball Peach Belt Conference matchup Tuesday evening at the Centennial Center.
The Knights are now 2-1 in Peach Belt Conference play and 7-1 overall. The Bobcats fell to 0-2 and 1-6. GCSU returns to action this Saturday (Dec. 13) when they travel to Augusta University to take on the Jaguars.
The first half was back and forth, with GCSU being outscored 15-8 in the first quarter then outscoring the Knights 17-13 in the second. The Bobcats were down three at halftime.

Natalia Bolden put GCSU up 31-29 in the third quarter for their first lead of the game.
The Knights pushed their lead back to eight in the fourth quarter but clutch three-pointers from
Caroline Beavin and
Nylah Nuri – and a final Bolden triple with 14 seconds on the clock -- brought the Bobcats back and sent the game into overtime.
Middle Georgia extended the lead back by nine in overtime and was able to secure the win.
Natalia Bolden recorded a triple-double for the Bobcats, with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Beavin finished with 11 points, and
Deshona Gaither added nine.
