Bobcats down Lions 5-2

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | The Georgia College & State University men's tenis team picked up a 5-2 non-conference victory over Emmanuel (Ga.) University Friday (Feb. 7) afternoon at the Centennial Center Tennis Courts.

The Bobcats improved to 2-0 and will return to action Wednesday (Feb. 12) when they travel to Newberry, South Carolina, for a 2 p.m. match against Newberry College. The Lions fell to 3-2.

GCSU swept all three doubles matches to earn the doubles point.  The Bobcats won four of the six singles matches to clinch the win.
