VALDOSTA, Ga. | For the third consecutive tournament senior
Kam McDaniel has led the way for the Bobcats.
McDaniel registered a top-20 finish as Georgia College & State University completed play Tuesday (March 11) afternoon at the Southeastern Collegiate hosted by Valdosta State University.
The Bobcats completed their suspended second round with a score of 293 on the par 72, 7,166-yard layout on the Kinderlou Forest Golf Club before post a 294 in their final round to finish in 16th place in the 54-hole event with a score of 890.
McDaniel finished in a tie for 18th place with a career-best 54-hole score of two-under par 214 after shooting his career-best round of four-under par 68 in the second round before signing for a 74 in the final round.
Jacob Speece finished in a tie for 68th place at 224 after scorecards of 76 and 74, while
Billy Goddard tallied rounds of 76 and 73 to finish in a tie for 72nd place.
Jack Hutcheson finished in a tie for 76th at 228 after scores of 77 and 72, while
Andy Scott carded rounds of 74 and 77 to finish in a tie for 79th.
The Bobcats wrap up their regular season Monday (March 17) when they host the Bobcat Invitational at The Golf Club at Cuscowilla in Eatonton, Georgia.
