No. 35 GCSU sweeps past ABAC

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. | Georgia College & State University recorded a 7-0 non-conference men's tennis victory over Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Wednesday (April 9) afternoon at the Centennial Center Tennis Courts.

The Bobcats, who are ranked No. 35 in the latest ITA Division II Computerized Rankings, improved to 12-3, while the Stallions fell to 2-9. GCSU will return to Peach Belt Conference competition Saturday (April 12)  when they host No. 21 University of North Georgia at 1 p.m. The Bobcats will recognize their senior class prior to the match at 12:15 p.m.

GCSU won all six singles matches in straight sets and captured all three doubles matches.
