Huddleston named PBC Freshman of the Week

AUGUSTA, Ga. | Georgia College & State University infielder Cole Huddleston has been named the Peach Belt Conference Baseball Freshman of the Week ending March 15.

Huddleston, a freshman from Palm Harbor, Florida, batted .571 (8-of-14) in four games last week for the Bobcats, who went 2-2 during the week. Huddleston had a double and drove in four runs to go along with four runs scored and a stolen base. Huddleston slugged .643 for the week and had a .625 on-base percentage. 

The Bobcats face the University of Mount Olive Tuesday (March 17) at 4 p.m. at the Lexington County Baseball Stadium in Lexington, South Carolina.
