Sister of fellow Hall of Famer Lilia, Luiza Biktyakova playedtwo seasons for the Bobcats from 2002-2004 after transferring fromAbraham Baldwin Agricultural College. A member of the Peach BeltConference (PBC) Champions in 2003, she earned IntercollegiateTennis Association (ITA) All-America status in both of her twoseasons.

Luiza Biktyakova twice earned All-PBC status, and was ITA/RolexRegion Doubles Champion twice with two different partners. Herpairing with Mia Paavilainen earned the duo national runners-up aswell in 2002. A testament to her abilities as the completestudent-athlete, Luiza Biktyakova is Georgia College’s lonerecipient of the ITA National Arthur Ashe Sportsmanship Award, thatcoming in 2003.

She went 18-10 in singles action as a senior, adding a 26-9doubles mark. As a junior, she went 20-5 in singles and 17-11 indoubles. All told, she amassed 81 career victories and a .698winning percentage.
